🎂 Birthday Party Arrival Time
How early can birthday guests arrive?
If you’re hosting a birthday party, you and your guests are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time. This allows time to set up your table, greet guests, and get checked in before the fun begins.
Please note: arrivals earlier than 15 minutes are not permitted, as we host multiple parties throughout the day and need time to properly reset the space.
📏 Age & Size Requirements
What are the age and height requirements to play?
Minimum requirement: 2 years old or at least 36 inches tall
Children must be coordinated enough to:
Walk independently
Navigate obstacles
React safely to their surroundings
Children under 42 inches are welcome to enjoy our Toddler Zone, which includes:
A small ninja-style course
A dedicated toddler bounce house
Toddler pricing: $8
Children 42 inches or taller may participate in the entire park.
📝 Waivers
Is a waiver required?
Yes. All participants must have a completed waiver on file before participating.
Waivers can be completed:
In-store, or
Online before arrival by tapping the “Sign Waiver” button on our website
Our team can quickly check participants in as they arrive.
🍕 Outside Food & Drink
Can we bring in outside food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in pizza and cake for your group.
We highly encourage you to consider ordering from Top Hat Pizza, located just outside Hero Day™️ in the all-new Social. The Social also offers several great dining, snack, and beverage options, and we love supporting our local businesses.

What does it cost to play?
Every Wednesday and Thursday, and before 4 PM on Fridays, we offer one of our most popular specials:
👉 $12 for 90 minutes of play
Guests are encouraged to bring back their Hero Day™️ socks for future visits.
🧦 Socks & Safety
Do we need special socks?
Hero Day™️ socks are required for safety and grip. If you already have a pair, feel free to bring them back and reuse them.
Do you have food options available? We have a lite snack bar, you are welcome to Order food from the all new Social and bring it into the Hero Day
Where to Park? We reccomend our guests to park on the back-side of the Piqua Center near the Comfort Inn hotel.
Are reservations required? Reservations are only required for birthday parties, walk-in play every Thurs-Sunday.
